After signing up, you should receive an email confirmation/receipt almost immediately, and your test scores are also sent by email as soon as you complete each test. If these emails aren’t arriving, there are a few possible reasons. First, double-check that you entered the correct email address when signing up by logging into your account and reviewing your email in the profile section. If your email address is correct, there are a few other possibilities: your inbox may be full, or your email provider might be blocking emails from us. We're confident you'll pass your ASE test, but if you don’t, you may qualify for a refund or a free 60-day extension (excludes 30-day subscriptions). To be eligible, complete and pass at least 7 timed and 7 untimed tests in the relevant ASE area before taking the official test.
