ASE Test Prep eGift Card Terms and Conditions

    Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of eGift cards issued by ASE Test Prep ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using an ASE Test Prep eGift card, you ("Cardholder" or "you") agree to these Terms.

    • Purchase and Redemption
      • ASE Test Prep eGift cards are available for purchase exclusively through our official website and authorized retailers.
      • eGift cards can be redeemed only for ASE Test Prep access, study materials, and related services available on our website.
      • eGift cards cannot be used to purchase additional eGift cards.
      • The value of an eGift card will be applied to the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
    • Expiration and Fees
      • ASE Test Prep eGift cards do not expire and have no service fees.
      • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the eGift card program at any time, subject to applicable laws.
    • Balance Inquiry
      • To check your eGift card value, contact our customer service team at support@asetestprep.com.
      • eGift card values cannot be transferred, reloaded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
    • Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
      • ASE Test Prep is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift cards.
      • Treat your eGift card like cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
    • Refunds and Returns
      • eGift card purchases are non-refundable.
    • Fraud and Misuse
      • ASE Test Prep reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any eGift card transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
      • eGift cards may not be resold, and any unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation of the card without notice.
    • Limitation of Liability
      • ASE Test Prep is not responsible for any lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of eGift cards.
      • In no event shall our liability exceed the unused balance on the eGift card.
